We want you to love your Cute Splikes pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work. 💕

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, some items (e.g. earrings, stockings, intimate accessories) cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@mimidream.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange where stock allows.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email support@mimidream.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
