AltBrat started with one stubborn feeling: what you wear should match the person you are on the inside, not the one the world keeps asking you to be. If you have ever felt a little too soft and a little too dark for the same room, you already understand us. You are already one of us.

How we curate
AltBrat is a small independent shop, and every product page you see went through one pair of very picky hands. Nothing gets listed on autopilot. For each piece we ask three questions: does it feel true to the aesthetic, does the quality match the price, and would we actually wear it out the door. If the answer is not three times yes, you never see it.
Our inspiration comes from the streets and screens that raised this style: Harajuku fashion, Jirai Kei looks shared by real girls online, early 2000s mall culture and the gothic romance that never really left. We follow what the community actually wears, not what an algorithm says is trending.
