What hair accessories suit alt fashion?

Look for hardware and motif rather than colour. Crosses, bats and chains push a look gothic; bows, hearts and pearls push it sweet; combining the two is what most Japanese-influenced alt styles are actually built on. Symmetry matters more than size, a matched pair almost always reads more intentional than one statement piece.
